Bryan England joined TTx in 2018 and currently works as a Technical Alignment Champion.
“My current role is to live out the statement of being the ‘most trusted partner’ for clients in every correspondence, project, and support issue. Trust is something that is earned through the daily interactions I have with customers. Whether it is earning trust through displaying technical knowledge, following up on communications, meeting set deadlines, or providing technical recommendations. Each interaction with the client is a chance to build that trust further.”

Bryan’s personality (ESFJ) is classified as “The Consul.” At their hearts, Consul personalities are social creatures, and thrive on staying up to date with what their friends are doing. They are attentive and people-focused, and they enjoy taking part in their social community.

“I enjoy communication and my personality type drives me to be an initiator. So, I am often the one starting conversations to address client issues internally. Additionally, I am an empathetic person who is able to put himself in the shoes of the client. Doing that drives me to work as efficiently as possible to address and resolve issues for clients.”

What brings you joy at work?

“The people I get to work with in the MSP division and the daily challenge of meeting the needs of a diverse client base.”

What brings you joy outside of work?

“I enjoy spending time with family and friends and getting in daily outdoor exercise. I am a very passionate Cleveland sports fan, especially so for those guys who wear orange and brown. I enjoy almost anything superhero related (especially DC Comics). My favorite places to vacation are usually places with nice weather and beaches.”
