Chad Voller joined TTx in 2021 and is the Director of Technology.

Chad’s personality (ENFJ-A) is classified as “The Assertive Protagonist,” who is a natural-born leader, full of passion and charisma. “The strengths of my personality type that I leverage most often are reliability, altruism, creative passion and coaching… each of which I think lends a helping hand in the success of both teammates and clients. I strive to follow through on commitments, to put the success of others ahead of my own, bring creative energy and solutions, and to gently lead and coach along the way.”

What brings you joy at work?

“Since I’m a problem-solver at heart, I most enjoy the abundance of interaction and communication with all parts of the organization, as well as with clients and partners. Working as a ‘utility guy’ in the middle of it all is an energizing and fulfilling place for me!”

What brings you joy outside of work?

“You’ll often find me at the smoker getting ready for a BBQ event that my wife and I are cooking up! Recently, you’d also see me on the tractor working on a variety of projects around our property. And don’t be surprised if you find me with a guitar in my hands (not while on the tractor, though).”
