Joshua Pietrocini joined TTx in 2017 and works as the Vice President of Operations.

I get to help set those standards, drive and influence internal initiatives, build processes and pour into our people. I work for them, to remove constraints and obstacles and equip them with tools and resources they need so they can work for our clients to serve their needs.”

What brings you joy at work?

“I get the privilege to serve and equip the people in Operations as we implement and support the products, services and solutions that our account reps sell. I love people, I love order and clarity and I enjoy helping to remove limitations which allow folks to grow and thrive in their strengths.”

What brings you joy outside of work?

“Laughing, conversations, and being with humans that I love, that is most important. We could be doing anything, the company and conversation is what I enjoy. I love watching my kids play sports, being outside, hiking, disc golf, eating and drinking unusual things. I enjoy sitting around a fire with my wife, learning, exploring and seeking interesting things. I like to read, I love listening to music, and I love Cleveland sports. When we’re able to, my wife and I love to travel and pretend we’re locals. I enjoy playing with my dogs and I’d like to camp and ride my motorcycle more often.”
