Leadership

Professional Background

Joshua Pietrocini joined TTx in 2017 and works as the Vice President of Operations.
“To become the most trusted partner, we must first become the most trusted team. We also have to have trusted processes, high standards and a healthy culture with strong chemistry and communication. I get to help set those standards, drive and influence internal initiatives, build processes and pour into our people. I work for them, to remove constraints and obstacles and equip them with tools and resources they need so they can work for our clients to serve their needs.”

Joshua’s personality (ENFJ-A) is classified as “The Protagonist,” who is a charismatic and inspiring leader. People are drawn to Protagonists because they are genuine, caring people who talk the talk and walk the walk. Nothing makes them happier than leading the charge, uniting and motivating their team with infectious enthusiasm. Joshua resonates best with the certain Protagonist traits of “positivity, influence, being a cheerleader and strategically finding ways to create efficiencies.”

What brings you joy at work?

“I get the privilege to serve and equip the people in Operations as we implement and support the products, services and solutions that our account reps sell. I love people, I love order and clarity and I enjoy helping to remove limitations which allow folks to grow and thrive in their strengths.”

What brings you joy outside of work?

“Laughing, conversations, and being with humans that I love, that is most important. We could be doing anything, the company and conversation is what I enjoy. I love watching my kids play sports, being outside, hiking, disc golf, eating and drinking unusual things. I enjoy sitting around a fire with my wife, learning, exploring and seeking interesting things. I like to read, I love listening to music, and I love Cleveland sports. When we’re able to, my wife and I love to travel and pretend we’re locals. I enjoy playing with my dogs and I’d like to camp and ride my motorcycle more often.”
